Do you test on animals?
We are 100% cruelty-free. We test all of our products on real people, not animals—we love our fuzzy friends too much.
Are the products safe to use during pregnancy?
Yes. However, some of our products are chemical exfoliators. We would recommend you to consult with your healthcare provider to get safety information if you are unsure.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are formulated in-house in South Korea.

Standard shipment takes 2-5 business days depending on location. Please be advised that during holidays and promotions, we may encounter slight delays. Also, due to the evolving COVID-19 situation, it might take a little longer than usual for you to receive your order. We thank you in advance for your understanding and your patience. We process and ship out orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail sent to you with the Canada Post tracking number within 24 hours. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update. You may also view the tracking details at any time on the “My Orders” page of your account.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to the USA. If you have any shipment inquiries to your country, please email us at email@example.com.

Soroci Canada also ships to the USA. This service has Tracking.
Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days and should arrive within 5-15 business days. For orders under $75 CAD, Flat Rate shipping is $18 CAD. We offer Free standard shipping on orders $75 CAD or more.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments, including those from the USA. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or duties and fees mandated by customs. The value on your customs form will reflect the full value of all products purchased - discounts are not considered in the customs total value. You pay guaranteed landed costs at checkout; no additional fees are due upon delivery. Subject to local clearance procedures. Package is traceable and your shipping confirmation will include tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number. RETURN & CANCELLATION
Can I cancel my order?
We try to process your order as fast as we can. That means there’s little time to make adjustments or cancel the order. If you need to cancel an order, please email us at email@example.com within 3 hours of placing your order with the order number and the subject line as "Cancellation". Our customer service team will do their best to stop the order, however after 3 hours, this is not guaranteed.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on orders and shipments at this time due to COVID-19.
Can I exchange a product?
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products.
My order arrived with something missing/incorrect/damaged.
If your package arrives missing an item, with incorrect items, or with any damage to the items, email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include photos of your packing slip and any damage.
